For July’s 2nd Saturday, Cesar Toxqui Cellars will be offering Lamb Meatballs stewed in hot tomatoes, (another recipe that Ruth learned from the Culinary Institute of America). This delicious dish will go well with our new release, the highly raved about 2015 Sangiovese.
