Hugh Oliver Sparkling Wine Blanc De Noir

Our family at Cesar Toxqui Cellars is now complete. Named after our son, Hugh Oliver, this new Sparkling Wine proves that our winery is, indeed, a family affair. Our first offering of Hugh Oliver Sparkling Wine is a blend of two outstanding grape varietals: Pinot Noir 84% and Pinot Meunier 16%. It was on tirage for 13 months and exhibits toasted aromas, along with raspberry and creamy vanilla flavors. Enjoy and Share!
